Oh, so many problems! Into the second month of the new decade, I’ve done my first 100+ sessions and some radio interviews.
Which means that the usual variety has been part of my days helping people, including:
- The first exorcism of 2010.
- The first time in 2010 where, after cutting a cord of attachment, I got to help a dead woman stop haunting her daughter (my client) and move on to what the ghost called her “eternal reward.”
- Face reading for a woman in urgent need of more self-confidence.
- Helping a lovestuck client break free from a player. It turned out, “Casanova” was not her “soul mate” at all but, rather, a sexual predator who was poised to break up her marriage.
Problem solving is such a delight with the various skill sets of energetic literacy. I thought one way to empower you Blog-Buddies could be to summarize ways that you can use do-it-yourself skills — or my skills — or skills of others — for problem solving in relationships.
These are not your grandfather’s choices. Living today, we have many more options. Of course, we also have cell phones and faxes and emails and so many other “labor saving devices” that have taken on lives of their own. Think Mickey Mouse in “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” in Fantasia. Isn’t that us, with our funny technology?
So much stress, in the guise of conveniences! So many obligations!
Living today, problem solving about our relationships isn’t some quaint hobby. It can be a matter of survival — psychologically, physically, socially, and financially.
Energetic Literacy Relationship Help #1: Body Language
Doing a reality check on relationships, body language can be a great place to start. I still remember vividly when body language had its first popular vogue, back around 1967. It was so exciting, making those first discoveries, e.g., Crossed arms in front of the chest could mean that a person was, more-or-less secretly, defensive.
Many people have joined me in being fascinated in this deeper level of life. A person’s energetic presence has many holograms, and the very most obvious of them can be read right close to the surface, e.g., physical stance, nonverbal communication, expression, proxemics, etc.
In my opinion, however, people now, as much as back in the 60’s, can also make big mistakes when reading body language. It happens especially when they oversimplify. Skill at body language does not mean taking one bit of information, stopping there, and thinking they have done the whole job.
Partly to solve this very problem, I wrote Read People Deeper: Body Language + Face Reading + Auras.
This is a super-practical manual for energetic literacy. I chose 50 different make-or-break categories about relationships, like Fidelity, Lying, and Spending Money. For each one, certain types of body language can clue you in to problems.
Yes, specific types of body language research can help you to prevent problems, e.g., You can reliably screen new business associates or dates.
You can also use body language to recognize when new problems develop in existing relationships. Who does that person really be? Now?
Those of you who are empaths, reclaiming your lives by learning to turn your gifts off, can use body language in a particularly specialized way exactly for that purpose. (See Become the Most Important Person in the Room: Your 30-Day Plan for Empath Empowerment, Day 23.)
Energetic Literacy Relationship Help #2: Face Reading
Another energetic hologram of each person is the physical face. Personally, I consider each adult’s face as a sacred document, holy as a scripture. Your life journey shows there, as you could read in amazing detail if you were to compare photos at different ages.
Here and now is the really useful time, however, for face reading yourself or others. Again, there are so many practical characteristics related to relationships. For example, you can search for tipoffs to Anger, Stubbornness, and Sexual Stamina. (Again, these are entire chapters in Read People Deeper, part of the set of 50.)
Face reading can be easy and deep, both. The trick is to really do it, not just think you can walk down the street as a complete newbie and play with a bit of the art in your spare time, making it up as you go along.
All you really need to get started is a how-to book on physiognomy by an author you respect. Any legitimate face reading expert has spent years researching a particular system, where different items of face reading data are interpreted in a particular way.
If you should decide that you are interested in my system, Face Reading Secrets(R), you could get any one of my books, go to the second index (because each of these titles was given three different, practical indexes, meant to build value into the book).
How big a financial investment is a good face reading book? $14.95 or a bit more, depending on which book you fancy. More than a Big Mac but comparable to what, a decent pizza?
Using your face reading book of choice like a birdwatcher’s guide, you can look up any characteristic in a person that catches your eye, whether you’re seeing somebody in person or checking out a photo online or on TV or in a newspaper. Then read the meaning of that characteristic and decide for yourself just how accurate that particular face reading is.
Incidentally, here’s a summary of my three different face reading books and how they compare as ways to help you in relationships:
- Read People Deeper is the newest of the three, and designed to help you solve or prevent relationship problems. Besides using the Index 2, you can go through any category of relationship that interests you most and see exactly what to look for.
- The Power of Face Reading gives you a systematic course in physiognomy, going through one facial feature per chapter. This helps you systematically do a full face reading, something that takes me a minimum of one hour. Or, of course, you can do a quicker version and just check out what interests you. Illustrations in this book (and all three of my face reading how-to’s are illustrated in different ways) are especially good at subtly training your eye. Think “Rosetta Stone” but for face reading.
- How You Can Find Meaning in Your Evolving Face, that’s my most in-depth physiognomy book. The start of the title is “Wrinkles Are God’s Makeup,” and it’s true that the book includes info. about wrinkles. But mostly it’s about how the whole face changes over time. This is the face reading book that helps you to become a spiritual talent scout about anyone in your life.
If you don’t see the connection between that and solving relationship problems, definitely do not buy that book!
Face reading is a tremendously useful way to learn about yourself, and build self-confidence, too. That’s such an important factor for improving relationships.
My system is definitely not the only one out now. You might have fun browsing face reading books at Amazon.com, just to get a sense of what is available to you. Match the system to your personal inclinations and away you go!
Energetic Literacy Relationship Help #3: Aura Reading
Aura reading is the ultimate way to read certain important things about people. Doing an accurate, detailed reading can take you a long way.
Personally, I find aura reading indispensible for sorting out truthfulness, opening my heart to understand folks who are different from me, avoiding power struggles with people, and bringing huge insights on demand about any aspect of life of interest.
Energetic literacy at the level of aura reading is growing worldwide. But don’t expect it to just happen to you automatically because you meditate or do other spiritual practices.
Sorry. This is a true form of literacy, meaning a skill set. Just as prayer won’t wash and wax your car, aura reading skills need to be developed at the very human level of life we oh-so-affectionately call “reality.”
Except I must say this. I wasn’t nearly so affectionate about reality until I gained real energetic literacy at the level of aura reading. It makes my daily life so much safer.
What about you, Blog-Buddies? How do YOU use energetic literacy to solve or prevent relationship problems?
